Her leadership path later flourished as CEO and Editor of GIA Glamour Magazine. Recognising the opportunities within the digital era, she transitioned the magazine into a thriving blog, where she now shares insightful content on beauty, health, well-being, fashion, art, photography, and lifestyle. Her blog has become a trusted platform for honest reviews, professional insights, and empowering reflections designed to inspire women and readers across the globe.

Alongside her media career, Ina is deeply dedicated to animal welfare. As a Director at the Tshwane SPCA, she plays a hands-on role in multiple facets of the organisation. Ina is the official photographer for the Tshwane SPCA, capturing heartfelt images of dogs and cats to promote adoptions and give every animal their best chance at finding a forever home. She also manages the Tshwane SPCA’s social media platforms, where she combines her creative skills with her passion for advocacy to raise awareness, coordinate campaigns, and foster community support. Her role is not just administrative but deeply personal — driven by her belief that every animal deserves love, dignity, and care.

Her academic achievements further highlight her drive for excellence. Ina holds degrees in Publishing, Journalism, and an Honours in Psychology, alongside diplomas in Drama, Photography, Human Resource Management, Graphic Design, and Philosophy. She is also a MENSA member and recipient of Academic Honorary Colours from the University of Pretoria.

Beyond writing and advocacy, Ina is a passionate photographer and artist. and a heaviness in their steps where once there was none.

They tell you not to blink when raising children,

or you’ll miss it.

But no one warns you about the dog—

the one who loved you before you knew how to love yourself,

who stayed through every heartbreak,

who followed you from place to place,

asking for nothing but your presence.

Cherish that dog.

The one who curled against you on lonely nights,

who waited at the door even when you came home broken.

The one who never needed words to understand you.

Hold him a little closer.

Say his name a little softer.

Because one day, without warning,

you'll take him for a walk and he’ll lag behind,

and you'll realise time has stolen more than you thought.

with a heart that breaks more than you ever thought possible—

He'll cross the Rainbow Bridge,

and a heart so full of love it aches.
