My name is Stephanie Usher, and for more than two decades I have had the privilege of walking alongside women as they rediscover themselves, rebuild their confidence, and step into the fullness of who they are meant to be. Through leadership, coaching, and mentorship, I have witnessed the incredible transformation that takes place when a woman begins to trust herself again.
